Welcome to Linkwasha Camp, a premier wildlife experience nestled on the edge of the renowned Ngamo Plains. The camp offers a truly unique encounter with the African wilderness, boasting large herds of plains game and predators such as lions, cheetahs, and African wild dogs throughout the year.

The ecological diversity of the area, comprising vast open plains, grasslands, woodlands, and forests, combined with year-round water access, makes it a haven for wildlife. In winter, the waterholes, including the one in front of the camp, come alive with bustling herds of elephants and buffalos.

Guests at Linkwasha Camp enjoy exclusive access to 34,000 hectares of land within the Linkwasha-Makalolo Private Wilderness Area. The camp features nine spacious tented suites offering stunning views of the waterhole and expansive plains. The main area seamlessly blends contemporary interiors with Ndebele culture and leads to multi-level decks and a refreshing pool.

Located approximately a 50 to 60-minute vehicle transfer from Linkwasha Airstrip, the camp provides convenient access for our guests. We are also dedicated to community involvement through our non-profit Children in the Wilderness program, ensuring that surrounding communities and schools’ benefit from conservation and sustainable tourism.
