Meet & Greet
Arrival
• Memorable Journeys Staff will monitor the status of your flight and punctually meet you at the arrival gate
with a personalized signage.
• Memorable Journeys staff shall assist with the baggage.
• If required, Memorable Journeys can assist with the purchase and installation of a Zambian SIM Card on your
phone
• Memorable Journeys can assist with any ongoing Zambian transfers, ask for details / prices
Departure
• Clients will be met by a Memorable Journeys Staff upon arrival at the airport, at the spot and time arranged.
• Memorable Journeys Staff shall assist with the baggage and check in procedures
Transit
• Memorable Journeys Staff will monitor the status of your flight and punctually meet you at the arrival gate
with a personalized signage and assist you with the transfer from the International (terminal 1) to the
Domestic Terminal 2) area of the airport
• In case of any unforeseen issue, such as a missed connection or a flight cancellation, Memorable Journeys
Staff will remain at clients side and closely assist them with the alternative plans.
• The Memorable Journeys Staff will escort clients to our waiting room at the Kenneth Kaunda International
Airport.
• Memorable Journey staff will assist you booking any service at the airport including restaurant for any
refreshments and meals.
