Anabezi is situated on the banks of the Zambezi River on the Eastern End of Lower Zambezi National Park in the heart of the iconic Winterthorn Forest. Anabezi Camp, where luxury meets the untamed beauty of the Lower Zambezi. The elevated boardwalk connects each of the twelve luxury tented suites to communal areas and swimming pools, allowing wildlife to roam freely while minimizing impact on the ecosystem. Here, you can walk safely during the day without an escort, and often witness elephants, buffalo, antelope, and occasionally even lions or leopards passing through camp.
The communal areas blend classic African style with modern comforts, offering guests the chance to immerse themselves in the wilderness of the Lower Zambezi while enjoying the serenity of camp. Each of the tented suites overlooks the Zambezi River, Zambezi Floodplain, or Kulefu Channel and features either a king or twin beds, indoor ensuite bathroom with a Victorian-style soaking bathtub, and an outdoor bathroom with a shower.
For families, the connected rooms provide both privacy and togetherness, along with a shared viewing deck and plunge pool. Whether you choose a suite or family tent, you can expect modern amenities such as 24-hr electricity and WIFI, eco-friendly toiletries, plush bathrobes and slippers, a mini-bar and coffee station, and more.

It’s not unusual to witness elephants drinking, bathing, and crossing the Zambezi River to reach its numerous islands up close.
Mushika Deck
Experience the best of nature at The Mushika Deck, where you can enjoy a fully stocked bar and stunning panoramic views of the Mushika River floodplain. This tranquil setting is a magnet for wildlife, including elephants, buffalos, warthogs, antelope, and the Anabezi Troop of Baboons. The nearby watering hole provides an ideal opportunity for wildlife viewing, while the beautiful swimming pool offers a relaxing oasis with views of the seasonal Mushika river.
