Nsefu Camp - Robin Pope Safaris
Nsefu Camp – Robin Pope Safaris
Nsefu camp is situated on the peaceful banks of the Luangwa River in the secluded Nsefu sector of South Luangwa National Park in Zambia. It was the first photographic safari camp in Zambia, dating back to the 1950s, and was acquired by Robin Pope Safaris in 1999. The camp offers an exclusive experience for up to 12 guests in six renovated brick-and-thatch en-suite rondavels with beautiful views of the river. As the only operator in this part of the park, Robin Pope Safaris provides a unique and intimate holiday experience. The camp offers accommodation for a maximum of 12 guests in six rondavels, each with en-suite bathrooms, but no WIFI or telephone reception. Guests can enjoy walking safaris, day and night game drives, and cultural experiences such as village tours and visits to local markets. The camp’s rate includes all meals and drinks, with options for most dietary requests except for severe nut allergies. The camp runs on solar power with a backup generator and provides safe drinking water from a borehole. Air conditioning units are available in all rooms, and the minimum age for children is 12 years old.
